Payment Information: Billing name and address. Payment card details are processed through secure third-party payment processors and are never stored on our servers.


Communications: Any messages, emails, texts, or phone call records you initiate with us.


SMS / Text Opt-In: Your mobile phone number and explicit consent when you opt in to receive text message communications from us.


INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY


Browser & Device Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.


Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring URLs, and general navigation patterns on our site.

HOW TO OPT IN

- Checking the SMS consent box on our website's quote request or contact form;

- Texting a keyword to our business number as instructed on our site;

- Verbally providing consent to one of our representatives during a phone call (with your confirmation on file).

MESSAGE FREQUENCY & COSTS

Message frequency varies based on your active service bookings. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply. Gold Mobile Detailing does not charge any fee for text communications.

HOW TO OPT OUT

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at the information listed in Section 11. After opting out, we will send one final confirmation message and remove your number from our messaging list. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

OUR SMS DATA COMMITMENT

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services (i.e., the SMS platform and carrier infrastructure required to deliver messages you have requested).

Your phone number, opt-in status, and consent records are used solely to facilitate the text communication service you have chosen to receive. This data is never monetized, rented, sold, or used for advertising targeting.

Section 05 - NO DATA SHARING & NO DATA SALE

Core Commitment:
Golden Mobile Detailing does not sell, rent, trade, lease, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party for their own marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes — period.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

LIMITED PERMITTED DISCLOSURES

We may share information only in the following narrow, strictly controlled circumstances:

Service Subcontractors: We may share your name, address, and service details with subcontractors or crew members hired to complete your job. These
parties are contractually bound to use your information solely to perform the requested service and are prohibited from any secondary use.


SMS/Text Service Providers: Your mobile number and opt-in consent may be shared with SMS platform aggregators and mobile carriers solely to deliver the text messages you have requested. These providers act as technical conduits only and have no right to use your data for any other purpose.


Payment Processors: Billing information is transmitted to PCI-compliant payment processors to complete your transaction. We do not store full payment card data.


Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by valid legal process, court order, or applicable law, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our customers, or the public.


Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent website notice and the incoming owner will be required to honor this Privacy Policy.
